From the box to the desk

Boot from the key

Choose the automatic installation in the boot menu.

Confirm the organization

Your organization's address is checked and its name appears. Confirm it.

Sign in

Approve the installation on your phone, with two-factor authentication, before the disk is touched.

It installs itself

Language, keyboard, time zone, machine name and encryption come from your record.

First start

Files, password vault and browser are already connected.

What if the network drops midway?

The installation carries on: it falls back to your organization's default settings.

Security

Encrypted, escrowed, locked.Before the first sign-in.

None of these protections depends on how careful the installer is: they come from the image and from your organization's policy.

For the user

Two-factor authentication, session locked when away, encrypted disk.

For the manager

Keeps the policy in Symbifox, sees enrolled machines and can revoke one.

For the custodian

The only one who can read a disk passphrase. Every reading is counted, dated and attributed.
